FinanceAdx is an international institution that provides financial education to people around the world. It has informative features and analysis on various products/services offered by these institutions, including credit cards, loans or financing (among others).

You should know that the General Terms of Use are intended to inform every User and potential customer about their responsibilities, duties, obligations when accessing or using our website. They contain a lot more information than just this though so be sure not miss it!

FinanceAdx is not responsible for any virus, malware, spyware, trojan, or any software that may damage or change the configuration of the users equipment as a result of browsing or using the internet or as a result of transferring data, texts, images, files or audios.

Users are fully responsible for keeping the operating system of their equipment up to date and with antivirus programs.

FinanceAdx is not responsible for any losses and damages arising from the irregular use of FinanceAdx website and/or acts of God and/or force majeure.

FinanceAdx does not send or request deposits or bank transfers for the granting or approval of any financial product.

FinanceAdx does not send e-mails to Users requesting confirmation of data or registration with executable attachments (for example .exe, .com, .scr, .zip, .rar), nor links for downloading, and if you receive one, please let us know through the website itself, using the contact form at Contact.

Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms of Use, the User is obligated to:

(a) Not violate any rights of third parties when using FinanceAdx;

(b) Not to useFinanceAdx to watch over or harass third parties;

(c) Not to engage in fraudulent, illegal, dishonest, or improper activities while using Finance website; and

FinanceAdx is always looking for new ways to reach their customers, and they’ve found it in text messages! The company offers a mobile messaging program where they send participants marketing or non-marketing texts as further described on these ‘‘Terms”.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY — THESE TERMS SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN YOU AND FINANCEADX GOVERNING YOUR USE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. BY OPTING IN TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES FROM US, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED WITH THESE TERMS;
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, OR DO NOT CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES UNDER THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING TEXT MESSAGES MADE WITH AN AUTO-DIALER, DO NOT OPT-IN TO THE PROGRAM.

3. Service delivery frequency or recurring messages disclosure

The number of text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of FinanceAdx text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages.  You will receive at least one message per day per Company text messaging program. 


4. Privacy. 

Any personally identifiable information provided or collected through or in connection with your participation and/or use of the Program shall be used in accordance with Finance Adx privacy policy.

5. How to Opt-In. 

The Program allows participants to receive SMS text messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online forms or during your registration of an account to access the Service. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that your consent to receive test messages and/or opt-in to the Program is not required to make any purchase from us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an Auto-dialer, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of our mobile messages are sent using an Auto-dialer.

6. How to Opt-Out. 

To stop receiving text messages from FinanceAdx text “STOP” to the number from which you are receiving the applicable Marketing Messages and/or Service Communications.  

You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out.  You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

7. Fee Disclosure 

FinanceAdx does not impose a separate fee for sending FinanceAdx text messages under the Program. However, standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with FinanceAdx text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans).

8. Disclaimer of Warranty.

 THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, WRITTEN, ORAL OR ARISING UNDER CUSTOM OR TRADE.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions.

FinanceAdx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All updates and modifications to these Terms will be effective from the day they are posted online. If you do not agree to any updates or modifications to these Terms, you must opt-out of the text message program as set forth in Section 6.  

10. Termination of Text Messaging. 

Company may suspend or terminate your receipt of Company text messages if Company believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions.  Your receipt of Company text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses.  Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of Company text messages, with or without notice.
